Hair accessories are personal items, so we accept exchanges only for the reasons below.

We will exchange or refund if

• Your item arrived damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item or colour

How

Message us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or unboxing video at contact@tressera.in. Used items cannot be exchanged.
